Can we upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever we want?

Can we really add unlimited users on Pro Unlimited and still pay just $119/month?
Yes — unlimited seats, one flat price. No per-seat charges, no surprises.
Can I add another instructor to the Solo plan?
Solo includes one staff seat — just you. To add co-instructors or extra admins, upgrade to Pro Unlimited, which has unlimited staff seats. Either way, your students are always unlimited on Solo.
What happens when my Free plan reaches 20 users?
New people are blocked from joining until you upgrade, and we email you so it's never a surprise. Your existing members and all your data stay exactly as they are. Upgrading to Pro Unlimited lets everyone in instantly, with unlimited users at one flat price.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No card for the Free plan — it requires nothing. Solo and Pro collect a card when you sign up, but you're not charged until your 30-day trial ends. To accept payments from your members you'll separately connect a Sumit/HYP merchant account — see the payments FAQ below.
How do member payments work, and what does it cost?
Payments and receipts go through Sumit or HYP — connect either one to your Kahal account in a few minutes. Clearing fees start at 1.1% per transaction on Sumit, or 0.95% on HYP, and are deducted by the provider at settlement. Kahal takes no cut of your member payments. AmihaiTech is registered as Osek Patur and does not charge VAT on its services. No setup fees, no monthly minimum from us.
What if my instructors collect payment through Bit or PayBox?
That's fine. Receipts (חשבונית/קבלה) are auto-issued only when you charge through Kahal, via Sumit or HYP. If you collect through Bit, PayBox, or cash, you handle those receipts yourself.
Can I export my data?
Yes, anytime. XLSX export for members, bookings, and payments. You're never locked in.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Yes — 10% off Pro Unlimited for registered Israeli non-profits (עמותה רשומה). Email hello@mykahal.com to verify.
